Delivery & Refund Policy
This policy shall be read and agreed by the User in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and in conjunction with all its clauses and it shall be rendered or enforced separately or in combined obligation with Terms and Conditions.
1- Order Lead time:
1-1- Any order’s lead time is set based on ExWork(As defined in Incoterm) or on the other hand, is based on pick up from our warehouse location(s) and delivery time and any delay due to delivery is not part of our lead time commitments.
1-2- If the User requests delivery with less than Normal Lead Time to meet a special requirement, including the replacement of Products lost or damaged in shipment, We will use our best efforts to expedite the order; however, We shall not pay any additional charges or costs for expediting unless such charges or costs have been accepted in writing and paid by User.
1-3- The order lead time is identified by the size and complexity of each order and it may vary from one order to another, we do all our best effort to keep the lead time in the best interest of both parties.
1-4- lead time indication for standard size order are as following but we keep our right to make changes without any notice:
- 3 to 4 weeks for standard laminate orders
- 4 to 5 weeks for standard 2PAC plain or 2PAC Profile orders
2-1- Delivery Service might agree to be carried by Us at User expenses and delivery charges are due upon order confirmation.
2-2- We might use 3rd parties for delivery service and any delay or failure to deliver shall not entitle either party to treat this contract as repudiated.
2-3- Where We have not received or been tendered the whole of the Price, We shall have:
A lien on the Goods
The right to retain them for the Price while We are in possession of them
A right of stopping the Goods in transit whether or not delivery has been made
A right of resale,
The foregoing right of disposal provided that Our lien shall continue despite the commencement of proceedings or judgment for the Price having been obtained.
2-4- We will give you an estimated delivery date/time in good faith. You must ensure there is a person older than 18 years of age present at the delivery premises who is authorised by you to accept delivery. If there is not, we will endeavour to deliver the Goods anyway (if we consider it is safe and appropriate to do so).
2-5- If the delivery contractor arrives at the agreed time frame but is unable to deliver the Goods or considers that it is unsafe or inappropriate to do so, you may be required to pay for re-delivery later.
2-6- We will deposit your Goods at ground level at the delivery premises unless you have arranged in writing otherwise with us. The Goods are at your risk after delivery.
3- Refund and Cancellation:
3-1- We may cancel these terms and conditions or cancel delivery of Goods and Services at any time before the Goods are delivered by giving written notice.
3-2-We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.
3-3- The User shall not have the right to cancel this contract after We have accepted and commenced the works or otherwise incurred any cost in connection with the works as all Goods are made to measure. In such an event User will compensate Us only for the actual and reasonable work-in-process costs incurred by Us on Goods and/or Services required to be delivered within the Lead Time period, and the cost will be calculated by Our team and any refund might apply accordingly.
3-4- Delivering the wrong product or product with defective dimensions against the agreed written orders, we shall replace the product at no cost and deliver the right product to the user.
3-5- If the User has a minor problem with a product or service, We can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. When a User has a major problem with a product, we have the right to evaluate and give the user an opportunity to replace or refund.
